Our Rates

Our fees include monthly rent and an entrance fee payable over two years. The monthly rate is $4,060 and includes all services except phone and salon services. An entrance fee in the amount of $25,000 is nonrefundable and to be paid over two years. The amount of $15,000 is paid over the first year in the amount of $1,250.00 per month. The amount of $10,000 is paid over the second year in the amount of $833.33 per month.

The Clara Welch Thanksgiving Home is supported by Bassett Medical Center, a teaching hospital and medical school campus affiliated with Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons.
